The World As I Know It

Well I finally realized that I don't update much about what is going on in my life in general...So I thought it was about time to dedicate a post to informing those who are interested, what is going on in the world as I know it!

Well most know that James and I are married now....And yes married life is just peachy! It is fun living together, watching movies, cooking, and having people over for dinner! We really enjoy living in the neighborhood that we do because it is so clear that God has a purpose for this neighborhood. My cousin Heidi and Jon live two blocks away....Annie and Sarah Brady will be living in the neighborhood about 6 or 7 house down from Jon and Heidi, and we have met some of the couples that Jon and Heidi have gotten to know and we are excited to see what God is going to do, plus it is fun living close to people we know.

Now although Marriage and owning your own house is just peachy....it is of course a lot of work....it is still weird working all day and then coming home and making a meal, cleaning up the meal, and than having to pick something else up or do the laundry or organize this or that....it usually leaves about 2-4 hours of the day to either work on a task in the house that has been waiting to get done, or maybe possibly just relax and read, or watch a movie.

However having our own place is nice...because on those days that we don't feel like doing the dishes we can leave them for tomorrow and not get in trouble or feel quilty for not doing them...it is rather nice!

I must admit am I rather girls-night deprived! I was so use to having girl time with all the welton girls like almost everynight...at least with who ever was home for the night! I haven't been with just girls since the night before the wedding in the bridal suite with all my bridesmaids and Laura ,Amy and Amber! So I am thinking it is about time to get some girls rounded up for one!

Well it is crazy but I am finally giving in and going back to my high school for the good 0' homecoming game....This is the third homecoming since I have graduated....I can't believe I haven't gone back for anything yet...I wonder if I am even going to know any of the players...that will be weird to not even know who is on the feild! Anyways Go Wildcats!!

Well that is a little bit of the world as I know it!

Cultivate your anointing.
God will use you to create an atmosphere that will release prophetic dance and worship in your congregation. Can you see it? God is worthy of it. As you break open the alabaster box, (the cost, the intimacy, the substance of your life) it will break open a new freedom in the lives of lovers of God. Don't let anything hold you back any longer.

In the wonderful name of Jesus,
Rusty

it is really nice to hear how you're doing. i can't wait to hang out with you guys soon. tell james and yourself that i really miss you two.

p.s. how many times have you heard this, "soooooo, how's married life?" i vow to never ask that to newlyweds, ever.
